On instruction from the government we are now closed until further notice, however we will be working from home so please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries. We will be contacting everyone who has a fitting appointment booked in within the next few weeks, to rearrange the date, and we look forward to seeing all our customers soon when we re-open!
COVID-19 UPDATE MONDAY 23.3.20
We fully understand the concerns that any bride-to-be might have about trying on dresses in these current times, therefore we would like to give all our customers the following reassurances...
The shop continues to be thoroughly cleaned daily, with extra care given to wiping down surfaces and washing hands before and after every appointment. Handwashing and toilet facilities are available to customers.
Customers will have the whole shop all to themselves whilst on their sales appointment and the door will be locked to other customers. Customers will be served by one member of staff who is mindful of keeping the appropriate distance apart at all times wherever possible. (We ask that the bride only brings one other guest at this time)
If customers would prefer to be assisted in trying on the dresses by their guest, we are happy to accommodate, and will continue to be on hand to offer any other help and assistance to make your experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible!
We operate on an appointment basis, which ensures that one of our consultants, and your own private changing room, will be available for you. There are chairs for your guests, however we do ask that you bring a maximum of three so as to avoid overcrowding in the changing room area.

Please choose from the times below, and we will book you in at the nearest available time:
Monday: 2pm, 3.30pm, 5pm, 6.30pm
Tuesday: 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm
Wednesday - Friday: 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm, 4pm
Saturday: 9am, 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm, 4pm
Sunday: 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm, 3.45pm
We have two private changing rooms, each of which can be booked for a one hour appointment. If you require a longer appointment time on a weekday, it is often possible to offer you a one and a half hour time slot. Please ask for availability when booking your appointment.
If for any reason you cannot make it to your appointment, you are more than welcome to reschedule for another time. If you are able to give us at least 24 hours notice of cancelling this would be ideal. If however you have to cancel unexpectedly, don’t worry, just give us a call to let us know, and we will be more than happy to book you in for another time.
