MEASUREMENTS AND ALTERATIONS
Formal occasion wear usually comes up quite a bit smaller than your normal high street clothing sizes. Before ordering, please measure your bust, waist and hips in order to gauge whether the dress will fit.

The hollow to hem measurement in the size chart below, gives you an idea how long the dress will be when you are wearing it. Hold the tape measure at the hollow of the neck (the indentation between the collar bones, located at the base of the front of your neck), and measure down to the length given in the chart. That measurement shows you approximately where the hem of the dress will fall.
All occasion dresses are made to a long length as standard, so unless you are quite tall, or are wearing very high shoes, they usually need taking up on the hem. In order to get a perfect fit, they also sometimes need adjusting on the side seam. We have an alterations dressmaker who works on the premises Wednesdays to Fridays who can do the adjustments for you if necessary - please phone or email the shop for a quote on the price.
POSTAGE
Postage to mainland UK is £5.95. The dress will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Tracked and Signed For service in a strong mailing envelope, within 3 working days of placing the order.
REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return the dress, please email us on info@adorebrides.co.uk within 3 days of receiving the dress to let us know. You then have 14 days to return the dress to us in the same brand new condition in which you received it. A refund will be processed back to you within 5 days.
Please do not remove the ticket that is sewn onto, or otherwise attached to the dress. If you remove it we cannot offer a refund.
